Is it possible, or any recorded in history, of a half human and a half faerie person?

For almost all of my life weird things have been happening to me and my sister,things that i cannot explain and it confusing me so.

My mom became sick when i was three, my dad divorced her and, married a new woman who made sure that my sister and i were not to talk to my mom or even mention her. if we did we were beaten. the weird things that happen to me when i was little i though every child could do it. i was able to talk to trees, communicate with animals. since i was not allowed to talk to anyone and everyone thought i was a freak, trees and animals were my friend. my eyes are always changing colors. my hair is now turning this purpleish, redish color in the sun. when i was little my mom raised me and my sister to believe in faeries, that they would always protect us. now i'm just confused. our gifts have gone higher till the point where i can read people's minds, while my little sister can predict the future.

i know faeries exist, i feel them watching me.. help, i'm confused!

If one believes that the fay exist (and I'll never say otherwise, I like being able to find my keys), then I don't think it'd be possible to be a cross breed. Part of the definition of species is that it cannot succsesfuly breed with other species. Sometimes closely related species will produce ofspring, but they are almost always sterile. If a fairy and a human could produce a healthy, fertile child from their union, they would not be distinct species, therefore I doubt you are a 'mixed blood' or whatever one might term it.

That said in my experience such powers and abilities are fairly normal in humans, especialy those who were raised to believe in them and thus have not developed the cripilily disbelief that prevents most people using such powers. As far as I can tell all humans posses a certain level of psychic ability, but it varies greatly. Think of it like artistic ability. Some people are just naturaly gifted, but most people can take a course in art and become fairly good at it.

thats psychological. you had no friends, your mother died, you had an abusive father, and you couldnt talk, so you had the tree's for friends, and the animals, and you could always talk to them, and its lasted to this day. you need to talk to a psychologist.

all that stuff aside, a faerie is a spiritual being, and a human is a physical one. you cant be half in half, although if you can really do the stuff you can do, there are some people on record that were like you. go to the psychologist, and if your all clear, then tell me, and i might be able to help you out.

I say read up on it search the Internet keep looking til you find something, i have a gift and didnt know what or how to use it and i just kept looking. after no one could help me that much here.

For your eyes I'd just ignore that my sons eye turn different colours with his mood they go from grey to brown to green.

Your hair well... lol i have no clue it's freaky if you ask me lol.

Hon just keep looking and searching for answers over the Internet.

I've heard of people talking to trees and whatnot so don't listen to the others saying your going nuts.

It is possible. there are stories from the past of half half faerie/half human offspring and in many cases the faerie was female and the human mortal was male, in these stories i recall the mother almost always left her faerie off spring telling her mortal partner that her time was up and she had to leave, in other stories the Fae became sick and had to return to her realm. in one story i recall the mortal (after a few tankards of ale) hit his fae partner she gave him a warning "hit me twice more and i will leave" believing that her partner was pure of heart she had faith he would not beat her, alas he hit her twice more and she left without warning never to be seen again. of course ther are also stories of changelings fae babies left in place of mortal children, a swap if you like. many of these stories have similarities with succubus activity and of course modern alien abduction/ genetic experimentation.

Wolfprint, I wouldn't tell this to anyone in the real world, it could cause you a lot of trouble.  communicating with nature and animals is wonderful.  It is said that Merlin the magician from King Arthur and the round table was half faerie, born of a woman but the father was faerie.

There are many things in life that have not been recorded in history.  If you think you ar part faerie try calling the faeries to you while you are standing around a tree sometime.  If they come, maybe they can give you some good advice about your step mother.

Firstly, ignore anyone who says it is not possible, because it IS very possible. You sound like a very special and unique person to me, you definitely have a gift, but whether is it Fey or not remains to be seen.

There are a few questions that arise here. If your mother was Fey, how would she become sick so easily? Where did you live- was it a big city (lots of steel and iron in the metalworks), or was it a country house? Did your step-mother ever give you any reason as to why you shouldn't speak of your real mother? Did you ever try to actually ask the Fey for guidance during your hardships? (Not that it would mean all that much if you did and they turned you away- Brownies are frowned upon in certain courts).

Your eyes changing colour depends on how drastically they are. Some faeries have eyes that are three colours, some have eyes that are one, Fey colour. Depending on the type of fey your mother could have been (she may have just been a Brownie herself), then this could be significant. However, I have a friend whose eyes go from grey to blue to green with the changing seasons and she is the most un-magical girl I've laid eyes on! Your hair colour IS important though. Is it a colour that would be usually unnatural in a human? Because auburn isn't unheard of (it's a dark purpley-red-brown), but pure red, and pure purple are not natural so this could indicate a forest Fey. But do not be mistaken about Faeries, they are not little people that look after us, they have a whole civilisation and culture of their own and some are nice and some are nasty- just like humans. If you are to address them, be careful. You would not want to be led astray by them.

If you want to talk about this further, you can email me, but I do advise against just charging in and asking the Fey when you clearly don't know all that much about them. It would probably lead to something bad happening, and that's not what we want at all :-)   In love and light, Mena

It's very possible to mix breeds.   I have forgotten the (famous) names.  At the same time They can be interested in people for many reasons, but there are also many realities in between being half and half.

It may well be that your mother is not a faerie person.  She could even be a mixed breed.  Or, however far-fetched this can sound, your Dad could be.   Patience is a virtue.  I hope you are on good terms with your cousins.
