yes people who are in water and freeze can come back to life. Obvouisly there is way it works and it doesn't work on everyone.

Don't listen to Kay, Human Transmutation is VERY DANGEROUS. No matter how well you can transmute a body, whatever you bring back won't be the same as the original subject.

Have you thought this question through? Can't you think of all the people we'd love to bring back to life if we could? Wouldn't there be no such thing as death if you could bring someone back to life?

yes, after a certain amount of time and depending on what the cause of death was. i believe its called artificial resucitation. i read a book about it called Hideaway by Dean Koontz, although its not all real, but the procudure i'm sure is.

Human Transmutation (Alchemy). I recommend having either a Philosophers Stone or a massive hoard of human sacrifices (a small town or city will do). Best to use the remains of the body you wish to bring back, if they are so available.

Sadly; there is a lot of debate over whether an 8-point transmutation circle is better than two corresponding 6-point circles. You'll probably be better of doing your own research on the subject.
