I was wondering if it possible DART First State connects to both SEPTA and DC Metro?

  1. SEPTA rail ends in Newark DE. DART is a regional transit system around Wilmington. Between SEPTA and DC is MARC out of Baltimore. But there still is a gap in service that is only covered by Amtrak.
