Is it possible I'll still ovulate? Me and my wacky cycle!! ?

Recently made the decision to TTC #1 and came off the pill (Microgynon) on July 18th....Had my withdrawal bleed 21st July and have seen no AF or even signs of it at all in August when it possibly should have been due around the 18th August. Haven't a really clear idea of how long my cycles should naturally be as I've been on BC for 2 years now but am assuming they shouldn't be much longer than 43 days realistically?! That's where I'm at now, if this is the case.

Is it possible that I will still ovulate as I would have done this month but sort of "missed out" on my last period on Aug 18th? That would make my ovulation date due in around a week or so. Any ideas ladies? I'm frustrated!!

Wishing you all lots of babydust of course! ******

  1. It is definitely possible. My cycles were about 41 days after going off the pill. I didn't even have a period for two months and once I did I ovulated way late or I didn't at all. Have you been keeping track of your temps? That is the only clear way to know if you have or will ovulate. I would suggest charting your next cycle. It is so informative! Good luck!!
