I'm a 23-year-old male and hardly exercise. Whenever I join the local gym I don't have the motivation to keep going or don't have the money. I want to train to become a runner. Some of the Olympians in the China olympics have inspired me to give it a shot. I've never really been a runner before. What steps do I need to take in order to be a good track runner? I am not a healthy eater either. I am really dedicated to do this. Is it possible, if I train really hard, I can make it to the 2016 olympics running track? Please give me some feedback.
