I'm not quite sure and I'm thinking about seeing a doctor for a check up.

well i'm pretty young, almost 15 in a couple months and i just found out about PCOS.

I have facial hair such as forehead hair (weird little hairs on my forehead they aren't too thick but i can see them. no they aren't my eyebrows lol they're middle of forehead.) upper lip hair, no chin or cheek hair though, some hairs on my stomach (again not too bad but to me it's bad haha) and i started noticing hairs on my b*****s.

i also have acne/oily skin

i'm not exactly obese i'm about average but i'm not skinny.

as for my periods, i'm not sure but i have had one problem before 2 years ago when i fell off steps and hit my area which caused me to have my period for about a month but i went and got birth control pills for that so now it's back to normal. I think i still have a bit of anemia though :/

my periods are pretty heavy though and last for about a week - a week and a half.

please give me an honest answer and please don't be mean. I already suffer from extremely low self esteem and depression from family so i don't really want rude comments :/

  1. PCOS hair growth tends to be more extreme than what you are describing.  i would encourage you to talk to your Dr. about your heavy periods, especially if you have been on the birth control pill for 2 years. You should be re-checked for the anemia and put on an iron supplement if it's too low. Anemia can cause fatigue which won't help with your depression. Talk with your Dr. Good luck!

  2. you could have it. but youre still a teenager so your bodys still developing. you should see a doctor anyway, but they might say the same thing as me.
