Build our own factories to build the stuff they build, only without lead? Also, can we make outsourcing illegal?

  1. We can already build the stuff China builds but we don't have a child labor force that will work for 5 cents a day churning out inferior products.

  2. yes you could build the facility, but where will you find the labor  force to work for less than less than 50 cents per day and be happy doing it????, even the illegals dont work that cheap.  outsourcing should be illegal, but the labor and the bulk of the market is overseas, not in the us.  they also shoot lawyers who file frivoluous suits on product liability claims, in the us they are a daily nuesance

  3. We can not make outsourcing illegal. What I want the next president to do is stop North American Trade Agreement . I am sick and tired of companies putting American's out of work and move to a foreign country and hire people that work in sweat shop's who do not even make a $50 a week and then ship there products here and get a tax break for moving their company over seas. That should be against the law. I believe once you go overseas, don't ship your products back to America to sell, because they put some us of out work .Why would we help them, when they are part of the problem. There should be a list they go around not to buy their products and see how they fill. Yes we can build factories here but the product would be sold at a higher price, because of the wages we make here. I would still buy it.

  4. Sure its possible but their labor costs are so much cheaper that you can't (easily) compete on price.  Also, not alot of problems with lawsuit there - its getting more even as their labor costs keep going up every year but still much cheaper there.

  5. apparently you are not old enough to remember when the factories were here.

i dont know about making outsourcing illegal, but i'm 110% behind the idea.

  6. yah we could. but hardly anyone would get off their lazy asses and do that work
