  1. No.

    If for no other reason - Blackwater is not in that business.

    Take a close look at the type of work the people in Blackwater are actually doing.  They are bodyguards and security specialists.  In fact they are not allowed to even pursue an enemy who attacks them.  Instead they are required to break contact and escort the people they are protecting to a place of safety.

    Trivia note: Nobody being protected by Blackwater personnel has ever been killed by an attacker.


  2. I'm sure it's possible, arms manufacturers routinely provide weapons to both sides, why not the soldiers. In reality, I don't see it happening.

  3. Yep.  Thats what happens when you fight for money instead of patriotism.

I would say it would be if they hired out to two foreign governments that then went to war with each other.  I would also guess that inside the contract they have with foreign companies and if they have any with foreign governments is an escape clause to not have to fight the US or each other.
