Is it possible for East Timor to rejoin Indonesia?

It is very hard for East Timor to join Indonesia against because the people wanted a country of their own.

While anything is possible, it is highly unlikely until the separatist views have been defused.  At this point, too much blood has already been lost and too many new hatreds have been ignited.  On the other hand, most of the people simply want to live in peace, so the fastest route to that solution will be best.
