I really doubt that if you are on parole your PO would let you visit another country (well I guess it depends on what the charges were). When you say Brazil, I find it specially difficult since there are no extradition laws there, so if you don't want to come back it would be more difficult for your country to transfer you back...

I'm saying no on this one.  Parole officers don't like chasing people to another country.
