No it isnt, the whole point of being neutered is to stop that.

I would think that anything is possible.  Especially if they mess up the procedure.  They left half a nut on my cat.  I can't complain because it was free.  He wasn't spraying, but he sure liked to hump things.  He never had the chance to meet a female.

Yes and there's nothing wrong with your English! Excising testicular tissue from a cat's s*****m is not that easy and vets have been known to miss small amounts. In rare cases, a t******e has regenerated sufficiently for the cat to be fertile. I haven't heard of vets neutering a cat for a second time. I think they tend to use hormone injections instead.
