  1. Yes...it is.  However, if you ignore the presence of 'it' by not acknowledging it, it should go away.  You create their power by fear and belief that they can inflict pain.

Depending on what was on that property before the house was built would determine the possible source.

It could also be a poltergeist and not a ghost.  A poltergeist is created from our excess energies or by the issues we have bottled up inside of us, or both.  Children possess these stronger energies, but the more you acknowledge it, the stronger it will get.

Just for the heck of it, try leaving your video camera on for a few hours.  I know that Krilian photography is better, but you just never know what will be seen in that lens.

  2. In the world of imagination, anything is possible!

In the world of reality, not so much.

  3. no.... ghoats arent real, its actually a mental  condition called schizophrenia ..... see your gp

  4. I think that it probably has something to do with what went on before you got there. Like maybe the ground or something.

  5. No,but it's certainly possible for you to imagine it.

  6. Ghosts are, by technical definition, spirits whose lives have not been fulfilled in one regard or another (e.g. a person who was killed when minutes away from making a great discovery, etc.). Therefore, if a ghost should find reason to haunt a new house, a ghost may do so: there is nothing to prevent it from doing so. Moreover, ghosts do not necessarily haunt old houses. Many houses which ghosts choose to haunt are abandoned soon after the ghost's choosing to haunt it because those places are considered as undesirable to live. Frequently, local lore, generally with meek anecdotal support, keeps these houses from being destroyed (for they act as an earthly house for a dead spirit, and it is generally considered as unacceptable to the ghost to destroy its dwelling, whence it can begin to haunt another nearby house.). Therefore, these houses age ungracefully and remain to fascinate and pique the intrigue of newcomers of different kinds (e.g. tourists, the new neighbors, etc.).

  7. why don't you ask one?

  8. Of course/ Ghosts are attached to the land not the house.

  9. Some spirits are attached to a place, but not all of them are.  A spirit could be attached to an existing home, a home that no longer exists, a piece of land, a person, or just about any other physical or non-physical object.  But, some spirits are not attached to specific objects or locations.  They roam.  Some roam with a direction and some roam aimlessly, just like people.

So, it is possible that a spirit may inhabit any location, even a new house.

  10. yes because a ghost attaches itself to anything... it could be attached to the land that the house was built on or something that the owner brought into the house. This is a very smart question and only open minded people will understand. so do not listen to what the other people say because it doesn't matter.

  11. What a waste of five points for ya. I don't believe in ghosts, and why the h**l did you ask this? Got ghost problems? 0.0

  12. yes but no ............... yes because there last wish or something had been not fulled because of you it can haunt you or if you have did something wrong with it ...no because if it is newly made and before there has not been a single crime committed or else it can  and there is a also a thing someone would be haunting you for fun..........

  13. the real question is can ghost haunt....just thinking about this question makes me feel a bit uneasy, so i guess they can and they're great at what they do. (talk positive to make them go away-folklore)

  14. i think  a ghost can haunt anything it wants to

  15. Spirits are usually bond to an area not so much a structure

  16. if something happend on the land before your house was there and there was a ghost involved in that situation, then yes, the ghost can come haunt the new house.  as far as the ghost is concerned, nothing has changed, so it will continue to haunt the same patch of land it always haunted

  17. Yes,,..they can follow you from anywhere...Just tell it to leave, and if it doesn't smudge your house

  18. yeah it could be the land its on

  19. yes it,s posible most of the time it,s the land it,s on like an old grave site from 200 years ago.or if you have hauntings from a nother place it can folow you or if you bought  some thing real old like a chair or a toy or a panting it can be from what you brought in the house. most of the time it,s like a chair or a panting not the house.

  20. Yes, ghosts are not earth bound spirits, except in movies. There is no evidence outside movies and fairy tales that demons are bound by locations. Many stories about local hauntings such as the Amityville horror were just made up stories. That is there really was a guy who tried to kill his family in the amityville house, but the movie was fiction.

It is important to realize a few things about a new house though.

    1) If you just moved in, you may be tired, stressed and in a new location. Make sure your mind isnt just playing tricks on  you.

    2) When the temperature changes, hardwood floors can sound like footstep, and new houses can make quite a bit of banging and clanking.

    3) If you are near an airport, highway, or active train track, there could be vibrations that could cause pictures to fall off walls, rocking chairs to rock, and odd things to appear to be ghosts.
