Guys rape girls all the time, but can a girl rape a guy? You can't MAKE a guys p***s erect if he's not attracted to you...so it's not possible is it?

Of course they can. And, actually a man can get an erection even when he's not attracted. One can be caused by physical contact, even if the guy doesn't want it to. A lot of men (and women) experience physical arousal during an assault because the body reacts to the contact, even if they are  mentally opposed to what's going on. This adds to the guilt experienced following a rape, because the person feels like they somehow invited it or liked it even though they really didn't.

Yes.  It is rarer but does happen.  (and if you were a guy raped by a girl, would you feel sheepish reporting it? (h**l yeah)

If he is passed out or otherwise drugged, she can easily make her move

Just because you are physically attracted to someone doesn't mean you have to have s*x with them. So yes, a girl can overpower a guy and force him to have s*x with her. It is considered rape.
