ok well i am a guy so i can answer this question a bit graphically.  when yo ufeel yourself starting to think about s*x....like physically, which i imagine is what the problem is (when you start to get turned on) what you wanna do is back up for a sec and then move lower and go back in.  make sure you keep a steady beat too.  also, if youre going front to back this will be much easier, but if youre going front to front, it can be d**n near impossible to hide it physically and you just need to hope she either doesnt mind, or you need to think about g*y p**n.  i personally always wear skinny jeans to minimalize such incidents and tend to always go back to front unless its with a girlfriedn

It is possible but first you have to think that you are a perfessional and be one.  Although this will not stop the hard ons.  What you need to do is practice and focus on what you are doing. instead of what they are doing to you.

I stopped the hard ons by making sure that I was focused on what my body was doing and how I was performing my dance and as I became more focues I found I no longer needed to worry about my appendage getting in the way.  It took about a year.
