sorry i had to say that.

erm , i think its possible , but your arms and legs and head would snap of first , ya' know the heavyer things , but you'de probley die first before any of that.

  2. This is common in many movies and it does fascinate us all i guess!

if the weather is extremly cold as in Antartica then it might happen i guess! lol!

  3. Freeze? Yes.

Fall off? No, you'd probably die first.

  4. What happens in cold weather is this.

Your nose, hands, and toes are less important to your body than your heart, lungs and brain.

So when you are very cold your body restricts blood flow to those parts of the body to keep alive, though you might lose a toe or your nose.

Without blood those parts basically die.

Many people say they hands are frozen, but basically, the have no blood and can't be moved.

Wait long enough and that part of the body will die and have to be cut off.

Oh, by the way, if you put your hand or nose in liquid nitrogeon they will freeze solid and can be shattered off your body.

    So yes, it can happen/

  5. Yes, both the nose and cheeks are subject to frostbite. But they won't fall; without blood circulation, they will get gangrene and develop an infection.

During WWII, many Allied vessels were sailing in convoy the Norwegian Sea to Murmansk in Russia. When seeing a white spot, officers on the watch would warn each other: "Your cheeks, Sir!" and the other would then rub his cheeks in order to activate blood circulation because frostbite is a terrible thing.
