Non-US Citizens cannot get fiance/fiancee visas.  Only US citizens can get them for their fiance/fiancees.

If you are a US citizen, trying to get a fiance/fiancee visa for a foreigner, you must disclose your full criminal record to your fiance/fiancee as a part of the process.  No secrets.

No. Persons with criminal records cannot sponsor immigrants, so a US citizen with a criminal record would not be able to apply for a fiance visa and get it approved. And with a criminal record, a person would be barred from entering another country, so the foreigner cannot sponsor the criminal to enter their country to get married.

Your fiancee is the one who is going to apply for the visa. Your marriage is the only thing you can do to help him/her to stay in the country. Good luck
