Is it possible for a person to be haunted?

i have moved several times and i find it hard to believe that every place i move to is haunted. so i think the entity is following me.

I totally know the feeling! It can be a number of things you feel your spirit guides around you,earthbound ghosts who finds you interesting or someone you know who is following you around. I would try talking to it and see if it responds in some way. If you are that interested I would recommend reading the book by James Van praagh called Ghosts among us and it talks a lot about these things. Good Luck.

yes its possible. It might even be you. Do you have any dark secrets or events in the past? You could be haunting yourself, when ppl go through rouge times they often create another person that is apart of them. so you could be haunting yourself. or you really pissed someone off and they are following you.
