yes it is very possible. it can happen with no injury to the eye also. my eyes are hazel, but i was born with the top half of my left eye being brown. sorry but i dont have any pics.

I also have a yellow ring in my green eyes, so, it's not that odd. My dad has blue leaking into his green eyes.

Jane Seymour has eyes that are each a different color.  Personally I think this is very cool -- very unique.  =)

David Bowie used to be a boxer -- evidently a punch damaged his eye and his pupil stays dilated in the affected eye.  It appears his eyes are different colors, but they are not.
