  1. Sure. I don't know of *any* drug that I haven't seen people quit -- not even Heroin and crack.


  2. Take one step at a time. Get rid of the drugs first and put some distance between you and them before you quit smoking. You can conquer any habit you want to conquer, but if you try to move ahead too fast, chances are you won't make it.

    Don't replace drugs with alcohol and call yourself *clean* because you'll just fool yourself, swapping one addiction for another.

    A lot of drug addicts are extremely impatient people. Training yourself to be more patient is an important part of recovery.
