  1. it's common, happens all the time, there are always bad eggs around that cheats people off their money, u can do anything about it except adds feedback and let everyone knows this guy is a cheater.

  2. This is possible but does not happen often.

If the item is not recieved contact the seller. If you do not recieve the item after a reasonable amount of time there is an avenue open for you to raise a dispute. Any seller that is reported to have done this 3 or more times will be deregisted. Always read a sellers feedback to find out how other buyers have found them.

  3. That does happen and you can open a dispute with the seller and then  paypal will give you your money back, it is a lot of messing about but at least you get your money back. I will add Paypal takes some of it. Oh and definitely take the poster Jordan's advice

  4. Most people who buy and sell on EBay use "Pay Pal" to transfer money from buyer to seller.

Google "Pay Pal" and check out how to use it.

This way, you usually won't get ripped off.

  5. I don't know but i wouldn't buy from anyone with alot of negative feedback or someone he hasn't been using ebay regularly for years.
