  1. A truly sterile person does not produce ovaries or sperm and therefore cannot have biological children.

A sterile woman can be a host mother to another's fertilized egg but this is still not considered her biological child.

Some reproductove problems are reversible and a sterile individual can become fertile.  At that point they can have biological children.

  2. My boyfriend clamed he was told he was sterile but i got pregnant around the first few times we had intercourse so i do believe it is possible. I think you just have to be with the right person and the right time and dont stress so much let it come natural. Try to also talk to a doctor or nurse you trust and know will help.
