I would suggest that most 'good' people are unhappy.  Unhappy with the state of the world.  I know I certainly am.  Most 'good' males will also be unhappy, because they will almost certainly be single.

Some people may be going through unhappy times in their lives, but that does not constitute a good person. If people are still kind and helps others, etc, it doesn't matter if they are happy or not.

it is posibble as in if the person keeps an idol persona that they want to follow...that way they will consider their actions etc

Being unhappy doesn't make you good or bad. Many "good" people feel unhappy, and many "bad" persons can feel unhappy too.

Well if someone was truly a good person, their actions would award them with people who are appreciative of their kindness. If you have people in your life who appreciate you, then you would feel blessed. If you feel blessed then you would be fortunate, and if you were fortunate then you would not be unhappy.

I guess it is possible, but it would be hard for a good person to be unhappy.

Sure, you don't have to be happy to be a good person. Everyone goes through moments of unhappiness but it doesn't make the bad people.

I consider myself to be a 'good person' and I am not exactly happy-though I remain content with my unhappiness as it is not in my control.

The only bearing that being unhappy has with reguards to the individual being 'good' if (s)he is self-centred and wants to bring others down to his or hers state of unhappiness. Unhappiness in itself is not an issue in terms of there 'goodness'.
