Is it possible for b*****s to lose sensation after having kids?

There wasn't a problem before. But after having my kids there is basically no sensation in them. My youngest is more than a year and a half, so I'd assume I've waited long enough to know if it was coming back... Also, I went from a size 32B to a size 36C after having my last two kids.
