no, that vaccine is a joke, it only protects against a small number of risks, but a condom protects against them all, and then with any vaccine risk combined with how young they are trying to get kids to get them combined again with how hard the drug manufacturer is pushing to make it required is just outrageous

No.  You must remember that Gardasil protects against HPV-causing viruses, but it still leaves girls susceptible to a wide array of STDs, such as HIV, herpes, etc.  There is no shot for men or women that protects against all STDs, and none that protect against a specific one for men (like how Gardasil protects women from HPV).  The best bet is to indeed choose sexual partners carefully and always practise safer s*x by using condoms.  You can pick some up for free from a local health clinic if you so desire.

No, for males, safer s*x consists of using condoms every time -- unless you are in a monogamous relationship and you have both been tested.
