to heal? Even after you were advised you may loose your arm? It's been a few years and I believe it's almost back to normal. If it healed can one sue someone for mental anguish?

  1. Seriously, sue. come on. Look my hubby has same issues and his doc said the same. He sucked it up and went back to work. You know  just because you can sue people doesn't mean you always should. Think of that doc's insurance. You sue right and then his rates get higher. We are losing doctors in the prof every day because people just wanna sue. Get a grip.

  2. You want to sue someone because you're better? Hmmm... that's a new one.

How do you know if it has healed? Spinal tissue and discs don't recover that easily. If you go doing some strenuous activities, you could permanently damage that disc.

I don't get the connection between the disc and the arm, two separate things. Do you mean they said you would lose feeling on the arm?

  3. If you have been advised by a leading neurologist you should not think that he is wrong.  You may have been taking medication and therapy and that is why you feel better.  That is good but why should you sue?  And suppose that you sue and lose the case;  you have to think of the consequences.
