Because certain states get rain or snow when others don't. So, there has to be a place where the rain or snow stops, right? :]

  1. Yes, when I was in Waikiki in Hawaii that happened to me about 2 blocks from the beach.  I stood still with my hands extended..it rained on my left hand, but not on my right...weird, but kinda cool too =)

  2. Umm yeah of course us ducks fly all day

  3. Yes, I have actually seen that happen. Of course, the chances of you being in the boundary zone are very small.

  4. ANY THING IS POSSABLE!!

  5. Odd as it seems, I've seen that.  One day (in Texas) one side of the freeway was getting pelted with rain, while the other was as dry as you can get....  It looked really strange....

Depends where you are too, on my side of the island, my place gets 150 inches of rain per year...(rainforest), while the sunny resort side gets like 15.   A few miles up the volcano behind me, gets at least 400.....and that is a LOT of rain....

  6. Definitely.  Like yesterday, I was perfectly dry but right outside my window—like an inch away from where I was standing—it was pouring down rain!

  7. Well, the rain has to end at some point.

  8. Of course. This happens whenever it rains or snows as there must be a cut off point, otherwise it would be raining/snowing all over the world at the same time.

  9. yah..i guess=]

  10. yea it weird and half my house is in fulton and the other half is another county so half of it is under tornado watch

  11. Yes, the cloud will end and the next cloud may not be raining or snowing.

  12. It is very possible.

  13. yes, its the cloud, if one cloud is rainey and one isnt,
