  1. If the air in your house was damp, like from cooking or people taking baths, and the temperature outside suddenly fell, water might condense on your ceiling and start dripping down to the floor.


  2. on top of high humidity, there would have to be a drop in temperature, and then a small amount of dust in the air for water droplets to form.  Then there would have to be enough water in the air still (it would condense on any surfaces) to form droplets around the floating dust.  when enough water condensed around that speck of dust, it would fall and hit the ground, but since there isnt much room for it to drop and gather more water, it would just be a tiny bit of mist, and it would all last a very short time.

    Technically, I believe yes if you had all the materials, but not the way that most people would imagine rain.

  3. ^ agreed, you likely would not see it in typical "raindrop" form, i would imagine you would see the mist gradually settle on the floor/walls, but it would still be the rain that 'rain' defines.
