Question:

Is it possible for liberals to be unbiased?

I just read a few articles on wikipedia and on a few contraversal subjects it seems like liberals treat it like some kind of forum to vent their uncontested views of the world around them. They use over-lapping statements, exagerations, and using assumptions as facts. Has anyone else noticed this.

Liberals don't bother answering because I know you are biased.

  1. Is this supposed to be an exercise in irony?

  2. I don't really believe it is possible for anybody to be totally unbiased. It's just that some people are more willing to put their own personal biases aside and listen to opposing viewpoints even if they don't agree with them. If more people were able to do this, then we would have less bickering and more efforts to find common ground.

  3. Hopefully most people are more logical than the asker - some can even spell.  What you are really saying is that you believe that people who are more intelligent than you, and who go to the trouble of writing, are therefore biassed if they don't think the same as you.

Ignorant and conservative are synonymous in Yankeeland aren't they.  Christian Right = believe what I say - you have no right to think.
