  4. There are some cases, like abdominal hernia's, where liposuction may be considered medically necessary. If it is only for cosmetic reasons - no. If  you think your case may be medically necessary ask your insurance company for a pre-aprooval. Your doctor can help.

  5. I doubt it unless you get like gastric bypass or lap band but not lipo cause thats not medically nessacary...
