  1. You need to take a lot more classes. Exams too, if its possible.

  2. It's always possible.  You have to work very hard and dedicate your life to it.  My best friend was asked to join the School of American Ballet in NYC last year.  She worked herself to death to get there.  Just continue to practice!  You never know, but try not to get your hopes up so that if you don't, you won't be too upset.  There are always other jobs involving dance.  (teachers etc.)

  3. Yes     a really good chance with so much experience

  4. It's always possible if you push for it. Don't let anyone or anything hold you back. If you really realllllyy want it, then you gotta keep on pushing. You got a good dance background behind you, which sounds fairly impressive. Get in contact with some companies who would be able to help you after you finish school. They can even hook you up with a little work now, like background dancing, commercials etc. Figure out which area you wanna get into - background dancing, musical theater, stage productions etc, then take it from there.

Good luck, wishing you all the best
