i had 5:48 on the mile in april and i trained a lot. do you think i could get 5:20 by october.

  1. Definatly.

    Learn to breath. Take deep breaths the whole time, and you will be fine.

    Once you get to the end (1/8 - 1/16 left) sprint for it.
