  1. Hey

If you work really hard you should be able to but i wasn't aware that  ballerinas had a particular figure

  2. Of course, you are still young enough to train your muscles in the same way. You do know they pretty much starve themselves though do you. Also many of them have hip problems as they get older due to putting their body in unnatural positions all the time.

  3. maybe ???????????????/

  4. of course! do some modern and ballet! pilates help too if you want to get the figure! these all develope the muscles!

  5. Is possible.

  6. i think that you're on the right track. just keep at it and maybe add pilates exercises to your workout. it will help to increase your flexibility and your strength.

most ballerinas look very angular and awkward when wearing regular street clothes so don't be fooled by the figures that you see in leotards and costumes!

    good luck!

  7. Yes, If you want it you should go for it. Im sure you'll enjoy it. Maybe you will be a professional. When you join remeber you must keep up the good work. Maybe ill see you on TV one day .

    Good luck

    Hope i helped

  8. Of course, I do not see why not. It is like training to be a wrestler, not wanting to be a professional wrestler, just wanting the (unappealing) physique... You will achieve it with training.

  9. I blocked you after you called me a "stupid cow," but I say this is all kindness and sincerity: dancers come in all shapes and sizes, including amateur ballet dancers who have worked hard at ballet for years and years. The only reason why there is such a thing as a "ballerina's figure" is because THAT is the body type that professional companies (and old-fashioned teachers) look for. They reject all the other body types that don't come close to that ideal.

So it's not that ballet makes the body. It's genetics that makes the body and the ones with the right genes are the ones who can maintain a ballerina figure through regular ballet classes. It sounds as though you are fortunate to already have a slim body. But if you are looking to achieve other proportions, you only "get" what nature hands out to you (with the exception of plastic surgery).

  10. well, ballerinas usually have naturally pointy feet and good turnout and long necks, etc. so it would be very hard to get these things at your age but you can of course improve and get  muscle where ballerinas are suposed to have it and get slimmer. i would go 4/4 times a week!

  11. It's not the best shape and many if not all have bone and muscle problems not due to age,but if your just doing for fun and fitness enjoy although other forms of dance can be a lot more fun.

  12. Yes, ballet does great things for your body. It is absolutely possible. I have seen young women go from a non-ballet body to a gorgeous ballerina figure in just months! : )

  13. well... ballerinas have very unique figure and you kind of have to be born with it. i know baLLLERINAS HAVE long legs and long necks. but keep dancing!!!!!

  14. I think it's possible indeed. I am a ballerina, and I watch my diet and exercise besides the dancing to stay in shape. I'm 165 cm. tall, weigh 48 kg., and have an 86/56/86 cm. figure.
