Is it possible for me to get a visit visa to Us since i hve US Citizen husband. How can I make early appointmt

my husband working in middle east he is US citizen, now were going to visit hs family in US. is it possible for me to apply alone visit visa? cuz hs nt here. he let me to apply hve now all my documents including our married cert. how can i make an appontment in US embassy for this coming Aug? can he comes with me in embassy if he arrive? he gonna come and get me and wl go to US together to visit my in-laws. I need advice from you guys. maybe you cd give me some tips in making appointment with the US embassy.

It's certainly possible to apply, but hard to predict if you'll be approved or not. You'll have to convince the interviewing officer that you will return after your short stay and that may be very difficult to do. But, be sure to tell the truth about your relationship, or you could jeopardize your future immigrant visa. Check out usembassy.state. gov for the website of the US embassy or consulate in  your home country for appointment details.

If you are married to a US Citizen then he should know what to do and where to go if he want's you to go to the staates with him and where is he anyway if he is not with you?
