Is it possible for me to get into the University of Maryland College Park?

I am a Senior and I am applying later this year to the University of Maryland and I would like to know my chances. I a male,in-state, and a minority. Freshman year i got a 3.29 unweighted and a 3.7 weighted. Sophomore year I had a 2.42( i know) and a 2.8 weighted. Junior year I improved and worked really hard and I got a 4.0 unweighted and a 4.57 weighted. My SAT score is 2200 and my ACT is 33. I played lacrosse all 3 years, founded the Cricket Club at my school, and was also in the Young Democrats club. I did volunteer work at various hospitals and churches and held a part time job throughout junior year. So what are my chances...Thanks in advance.
