My 2k time is pretty sh*t : 7:47 mins considering iam 16 now and have been rowing for 3 years...Ive been training for 6 weeks now - swimming (10 -20 laps a day), progessive weight lifting, cycling 20mins and short ergo sessions.Is it possible for me to achieve a time below 7mins by next year, 2009?If not what should i do to achive it?
