Is it possible for me to grow taller?

I'm a 14 years old girl. I'm 5' 4 ,my mother is 5' 3 and my father is 5' 6 .

Is it possible for me to grow about 3-5 cm taller?

What activities can i practice to increase my height? I heard swimming helps....Is it true?

I think yes you can. Swimming is very good. Go to swimming pool three times a week for an hour. It will help. But you must swim in crawl. That is the best way. Assuming your parents were not malnourished as infants and young children, you are probably near your genetic height. Unlikely that you will grow much more.

Growth hormone treatment might increase height a little; they are more effective on young children. I doubt that most doctors would approve the treatment.

Accept your height as it is and other people will accept you. I have dated women from 4'8" to 6'3". Height was never a concern.

You don't stop growing till you're 21 so you will get taller but I'm not sure how much. I'm not sure of any activities you can do to make you taller. But I'm 5'10 and i hate being tall so enjoy being short trust me.
