  1. i live in missouri .But idk how 2 awnser this :(

    lol srry

  2. No. A lease is a contract, and a minor cannot sign a contract.

You can look for an informal roommate arrangement with a friend or acquaintance who already has a place. That won't require a lease, just money.

You could also try to work things out with your parents.

  3. In most areas you can only get a place if you are 18, and have some sort of credit..so i suggest try to live back with your parents or find an 18 year old roommate with good credit..

  4. Every land lord is different.

    Do you have a job?

    Do you have financial references?

    Do you have character references?

Do you have a criminal record?

If you answer NO to the first three and YES to the last, likely no one will rent to you.   Try the YMCA

  5. You can't sign a lease if you're under 18.

If you stay away from apartment buildings and stick to private rentals, like basement apartments, or people renting out rooms in their house, most of them don't care as long as you're employed.

At the very least it will get you through the next year until you can get into something better.

  6. If you have money, most places don't ask questions lol. I know a few people younger than you that got kicked out who rented a place together..
