Is it possible for me to study college in Germany after my program?

Question

I'm from the Philippines, 17 turning 18, and I will be studying in Dresden, Germany this coming September in Philipp Melanchthon Gymnasium as an exchange student for a year. I am planning to continue college there right after the year program. Is it possible for me to study there and get a scholarship? By the way, I already graduated from secondary level in my country and I've attended my first year college here. I'm also studying Deutsch. Hope you could enlighten me.
