  1. No because it taes longer for the process to go through


  2. No, because when he/she appears before the magistrate the second time they will stay for the night.

  3. probably but what a waste of our police forces time

  4. no way because it takes atleast 4hrs to book you in and if you bond out and get arrested again it violates your bond from the first time so its not even possible ;;;;even if the madgerstrite didnt hold you on any of your bond viol it would take 40 hrs just to run you through the booking process maby longer depending on how the co's are feeling
