Is it possible for someone to perforate a small car tire with a screwdriver enough to where it has a slow leak

  1. Not if they took the screwdriver out of the tire after perforating it.

    Slow leaks are more commonly found from nails, because the nail stays in the tire and mostly plugs the hole, but since it doesn't seal it up 100 percent, it eventually deflates.

  3. Yes to your question but impossible to prove since i could be anything that you ran over on the road like a s***w or nail or bolt or piece of wire or even a sharp stone.
