Is it possible for someone who is on your Yahoo Messenger to get to your 360?

Hala, but what if your screen-name is not the same as the one on your messenger id? Still related to Lioness' question.

Edit: Ok, gotcha Lioness, I misunderstood apparently, though still a question I had related to the subject of 360/messenger.

They can do a search in 360 for your screen name.

The easiest way to allow someone on messenger to see your account is to edit your profile on Yahoo Members Directory (which is mainly for all us Y! IM-ers anyways - you know how there's the option to "see member profile" next to their s/n) and put your Y!360 URL on the Homepage and /or "cool links" box. The other way would to just IM the link to whomever you're IM-ing with. Also, on the flip side, there's a section on the 360 settings part, where you can choose to set if you wish to allow others to see when you're online or not when they view your 360 page.
