  1. Anywhere that the beach faces the West, such as the Eastern half of Chesapeake Bay, or the Western coast of Florida, I'm sure there are many others.


  2. Although not the east coast (but on the eastern half on the US), the sun sets over water along the beaches of west Michigan (both upper and lower peninsulas).

  3. The southern tip of Florida and the southern part of Delaware look like the only places actually on the East Coast and have a wide enough body of water to the west to see the sun set over water.

  4. Looking from the Florida Gulf coast.
