I'm planning to build a charity school in cebu city together with my filipino friends working abroad. We're planning to start our first class on june of 2009 with at least 50 students from the DSWD or our street children kids that we may find on the streets of cebu. The main objective of this charity school is to provide free education for our less fortunate children and at least give them a chance to experience the good side of life. We contribute £5.00 pcm to finance the school and all of its expenses.More members means more children that we can help. This is a very big project and for it to succeed we need to be united and believe that it is possible. 1. Make sure your charity school is registered with United Way.  I contribute annually to United Way not blindly but directly towards Filipino related organizations.

If your charity appears on their list, I will be happy to contribute to the poor children in Cebu.  Just make sure you respond with a Thank you letter and some information as to how it will be or has been used for the benefit of children in Cebu.

    Good luck!
