Is it possible i'm being haunted?

well it started when i was at a friends she said they had a ghost under thier bed i looked and there it was then we went to the pool and the ghost was at the bottom of the pool.then my dog was barking and when i went to my room she was quiet do u think i'm being haunted because all that plus wierd noises

Sorry, there arent any ghosts.  People don't become ghosts when they die.

It could be just that the ghost is attached to you for some reason. Don't worry about it though, because if you are being "haunted" as you say (there are other terms for this), the ghost is more than likely to be someone (or something) close to you or your friend, and just wants to pass a message on. If it worries you a lot, perhaps you should write to James van Praagh the American ghost whisperer guy. If you can see the ghost clearly, maybe its you that has a gift, and you need to embrace it.

yes, It's very possible that a spirit has become attatched to you and if you can see it then that is probably why. it chose you to help it move on because you might be sensative to the paranormal. It might be best for you not to be afraid of it and to embrace your sensativity to it and try to help it.

You are not really haunted. I think you are just being paranoid. It is like when you watch a horror movie, you would sometimes believe that something like ghosts are there.
