Is it possible i could be dunking in 4 weeks

im 5.2 f.t. i could grab the net alls i need is 6 more inches

if i work out every 2 days and work out for 2 hours doing toe raises and squats and chinups can i be dunking

  3. If you need 6 more inches to touch rim then you have to add a few more like the previous poster said to include the dunk. I have no doubt you can dunk one day if you continue working as hard as you are but 4 weeks may be too small of a time frame, however you can definitely improve your vert significantly in 4 weeks. I've attached a link vertjump.com. It reviews customizable vertical jump programs specifically designed for increasing your vert. The prices here are sensible most being around 40$. There are also plenty of free tips on how to increase vert on the web if you search in google. Good luck.

  5. noooo!! lol im 5"8 and can touch rim barely and i cant dumk. i work out everyday so doesnt look like its happening


  6. all you need is 6 more inches to touch the rim not dunk on it. Then you will need another 3-5 inches.  Working 7 days a week for 4 weeks would not even get you to touching the rim let alone dunking. Sorry it just does not work that way.
