  1. If that happens, you file a report with Ebay and they give you a refund and block the seller's account.

  2. Some times Ebay Sellers will have a late dispatch due to various reasons; But if you dont recieve information of dispatching after 4/5 Days then file a report to ebay and they will block the seller and you will get your money back; But remember! Speak to the seller first; Email him/Her and ask them when they will dispatch.

  3. if any 1 does this u need to report it so they refund ur money and stop the seller from robing

  4. You tell me, I'm still waiting for something that I paid for in March 2004.

Of course, I registered a complaint with both eBay and their subsidiary company PayPal, but they were absolutely useless.

When they couldn't contact the seller they cancelled his eBay account and discontinued with my grievance.

What kind of support do you call that?

  5. If the buyer paid through PayPal, then they are safe.

Simply file a support request stating that you haven't received the item.

PayPal will then try contacting the seller and will recover any funds.

  6. Hello. As an ex-eBay seller and buyer,I can confirm there is a dispute procedure in place by eBay to deal with all aspects of customer dissatisfaction. I suggest you take a little time out to read how it works and what the benefits are in making a complaint. If you feel that a complaint is justified, then you make sure you let eBay know and allow them the time to sort the problem out. It can take a few days, but will be worth it if they uphold your complaint.

    I hope this helps.

  7. You are always taking a risk when buying sight unseen.  Something can be wrong with the item just as much as if you bought it new or used from a store.  Delivery may not happen.  Check the person's reputation and read all comments.  Check into the Pay Pal credit card because you can protest a charge on a credit card and they will hold off charging you until something is settled.  If the person doesn't have an extensive record, you might want to wait until the person sells more things.

If you get the item and it isn't what you expected but the explanation is accurate, you are probably stuck.  Make sure you have someone who doesn't want the item or even know they exist to tell you exactly what it sounds like to them.

    Then you trust the system.
