    first of all, how can you apply for a visa from the US ? if you are not , nor a resident or a citizen? applications are to be made from your home base and not from another country,

    i doubt that your application will be taken in;

    do you want to come back here and tell the country from which you are from?

  4. You should apply at the nearest Canadian consulate in your home country.  In some places where there is no Canadian mission, Canadian interests are handled by the British.

    Once you have the Canadian visa, and your itinerary requires you to travel through the US, you should have no problem acquiring a US transit visa.
