  1. Why is 'we' in quotations?

Hahaha, that sounds like horrible grammar!  Rephrase:  Why is the word 'we' in quotations?

  2. I recently went thru this with my husband (i got is a few mths b4 we got married and never knew) Most of the time symptoms aren't even noticable...the best thing to do is both go get tested, if one of you or both get a positive for it, get treated and DO NOT andI mean absolutely DO NOT have s*x of any sexual encounters until you are both tested again and come back clean or else you'll have to go through it all over again. It's likely that you'll pass it back and forth if you don't abstain while being treated for it and it sux *** being treated bc the medicine makes you sick as h**l but it is totally necessary

  3. Oh my heavens, Julie! Sorry, but chlamydia does NOT turn into gonorrhea, kiddo. Two separate bacteria. Nor is the incubation period six months to a year - it might take that long for symptoms to show up, but it's still there.

Which relates to the original question. Sweetie, if you TEST negative, then you don't have it and he didn't get it from you. If you mean you don't have symptoms, then you need to get checked ASAP. Both men and women can be infected but have no symptoms for a very very long time - or might get symptoms within a week of infection. There is no way to predict how long it will take for symptoms to show up.

And be sure your boyfriend is completely through his course of treatment AND had a clear checkup test result before you have s*x again, or you may just contract it after all.

And for pete's sake, you two need to communicate more!! You don't know when his last relationship was, and he's trying to pass off an STD as being from YOU.

  4. it can be quite common to not even have obvious symptoms, which is why it is so important to get tested regularly.  Also, it may take a while for the infection to develop before you do show symptoms.  Everyone is different, and if, how and when they show symptoms is going to be different.  In women it is known as the "silent epidemic" because it rarely shows symptoms.  In men it shows symptoms in about 50% of the cases.  One thing is for sure, having an untreated infection can be damaging to your fertility.  I have a few friends who had infections that weren't treated when they were young, and now they can't get pregnant, it's so sad.  Getting tested regularly for STDs in combination with always using a condom is so important.  When I was young, I was with a guy for roughly 3 years, and I was only using the birth control pill.  I found out that he was cheating on me in the end - I was lucky I didn't get any STDs.  Be careful.

  5. he obviously didn't get it from you if you don't have it but it can take weeks for symptoms to show, if any show at all.  many STDs have no noticeable symptoms, especially for women.

  7. guys usually never even know they have chylamdia until it turns into gonheria which takes six months to  a year for that to happen, women are the ones who notices the disease with green dishcharge, and if you are negative then he didn't get it from you hunny.

  8. have you stopped to think that maybe he cheated on you and got it after you had s*x your lucky you did get it

this is me just asking is your boy friend circumcised there are studies that say that uncircumcised men are more pron to ST D's then circumcised men some thing to do with the fore skin trapping bacteria  and that could also explain why you didnt get it the f******n also works as protection just me asking
