Is it possible not to achieve vibrato at all? i really want to sing great?

because i really want to have vibrato when i sing. it sounds so much better. when can i achieve this? or is it posible that i can never have vibrato?

usually vibrato comes when your voice matures. Do you have a voice teacher? If not, get one! They can give you some good pointers.
