that i could get a U in a piece of coursework, worth 10% of my grade.

And still get an A overall.

  1. You could, but you would need to do brilliantly as the rest.  It also depends on the exam board and how they set their grade boundaries.


  2. I don't know,but that sounds like a sweet deal. I would be happy if that happened to me. Your teacher must be the coolest.

  3. It depends what percentage you need for an A, if you got 100% in the rest you could still only get 90% overall.

    What level is it? GCSE, A Level etc

    Sure, maybe a low a.

  5. I don't know, but I got an F on my final in one of my classes and got an A- in that class. The final was worth quite a bit.

    if a U is like an F, then you could still get an A if you aced the final.
